We are looking forward to welcome people on the autism spectrum as part of our conference. We have provided some autism-friendly supports and resources to improve your experience. We will also conduct an environment audit of the conference venue to identify possible sensory issues. The team conducting the audit will include a person on the spectrum.

Supports available before the conference:

  • Conference information such as program, speaker details, venue map will be made available on this website
  • Hard copies on the conference dates are available upon request
  • Pre-conference tours of the conference venue will be conducted. More information will be provided via e-mail upon registration.

  Supports available during the conference:

  • A quiet room will be available for those who need a break.
  • Easily identified volunteers will be available on site to help you with any questions.
  • Communication badges will be made available so you can indicate the level of social interaction you are comfortable with. The use of these badges will be explained to everyone at the conference so that other delegates to respect your preferences.

Please check this website for further updates.
